Instructions
Thoroughly mix ground meat and onion soup mix, then form into four patties
Chop onion
Add olive oil to Dutch Oven and turn on high (Sear/Sautee)
Once oil is hot, add in the onions and mushrooms. Cook until the onions are translucent.
Add the burger patties to the Dutch Oven and cook covered for about 5 minutes on each side or until they read 165°F on a meat thermometer.
While the patties are cooking, prepare the brown gravy according to the instruction on the packet.
Pour gravy over the cooked patties, cover, and cook on low (slow cook) for about 20-30 minutes.
While the patties are slow cooking, prepare the potatoes as desired (quarter boiled or mashed)
