Press the cookie cutter into the bread and remove the inner section.
Whip egg, milk, and seasonings in a bowl until well mixed
Heat butter in small skillet on the stove.
Place bread in skillet and pour egg mixture in the cut out slowly so that it doesn’t run as much.
Flip bread with a spatula just before the egg is completely cook to cook the other side.
Enjoy!
Serve as sandwich bread for sausage, dip in ketchup, put jam on it, however you like!
